Though he did not specifically name the OnePlus 10 series in the announcement article, it is likely that the company’s next flagship series would be equipped with the same.

OnePlus officially confirms that comes Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset in OnePlus 10

Pete Lau then says that OnePlus’ software and hardware development efforts are focused on optimizing the Snapdragon Chipset to the best ability possible, which should result in a highly optimized software experience.

The OnePlus 10 series smartphones, unlike its predecessors, will be released in January, at least in China. As a result, the flagship would be among the first to have a Qualcomm processor. The global launch is only expected in March or April, which is consistent with previous launches.

In terms of specifications, the OnePlus 10 Pro is expected to include a 6.7-inch curved Quad HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a single punch-hole on the left side of the screen. Its flagship chipset will be supported by 8GB or 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, as well as 128GB or 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.

The OnePlus 10 Pro will include a Hasselblad triple-lens camera setup with a 48-megapixel wide sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens.

According to the renders, the device’s design would undergo considerable changes this year, with the rear camera module increasing significantly in size. The back cameras will be mounted in a squarish module to the left.
