Poco X5 Series Marketing Material Reveals Design and Specs

Following several teases, Poco officially announced the new Poco X5 series would make its launch on February 6 across the globe. Recent leaks of the new series, which includes the Poco X5 and Poco X5 Pro, have revealed some of its actual specifications. In the most recent development, key specifications and the design of the upcoming smartphones’ marketing materials have appeared online. Here are some details.

The 6.67-inch AMOLED display on the vanilla Poco X5 series (Poco X5 and Poco X5 Pro) will have a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, according to the leaked marketing materials that tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore revealed. The punch-hole screen will have a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and 1200 nits of brightness.

The smartphone’s design is extremely similar to that of the Redmi Note 12 5G, with the exception of a camera island that is like a bar. The smartphone will be available in the colors blue, green, and yellow. A 48MP primary camera sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro sensor feature the device’s triple camera configuration on the rear. There is a 13MP selfie camera on the front. The smartphone has a 5,000mAh battery, may support 33W charging, and comes pre-installed with Android 12.

The Poco X5 Pro has the same display as its sibling when it comes to hardware. The Snapdragon 778G Processor, which is more powerful, is found within. It has a 5,000mAh battery as well, however, it supports faster 67W charging. The camera now has a better 108MP primary sensor for photography, while the other two sensors are the same. A 16MP selfie camera might be added on the front.
