Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 concept renderings reveal the smartphone’s flat-edge design

Samsung has been working on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, the next-generation folding smartphone as part of the Galaxy Fold series. Renders of the new smartphone have leaked online ahead of its official launch.

The phone’s form factor appears to have been preserved, but the overall design is likely to be changed. According to the leaks, the recently uncovered fan-made concept renderings of the smartphone were developed.

Note that these are not the company’s official press renderings that were released before the launch, but rather are based on the smartphone’s leaks.

The phone will include a triple-camera configuration on the back, with sensors stacked vertically in the top-left corner and an LED flash, according to the design. This is quite similar to previous leaks.

The latest concept render, on the other hand, reveals the smartphone with flat edges rather than a circular shape. Samsung has avoided flat edge designs for smartphones in the past, and it’s probable that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 will soon follow.

The Galaxy Tab S7 series, however, features flat sides, indicating that the South Korean giant is opening up to fresh design styles. As a result, there’s still a chance that Samsung may choose a flat edge design for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. We’ll have to wait for the official renderings to leak or the launch to find out for sure.
