According to Twitter user @RoderSuper, Samsung’s One UI 5.0 based on Android 13 will be officially released on October 17th or October 19th. (Via Sammobile). The update will first be available for the Galaxy S22 line of devices, which includes the Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra.
